HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track one of your orders, go to Order History or Order Look Up, enter the order number you received in your confirmation email and the billing ZIP code on the Track My Order Page. Alternatively, you may sign into My Account to view your complete Order History, including the status of all your orders.

MY ACCOUNT

How do I set up an account?
Go to Register. You can create an account and login by filling in your name, email and password.

What is my password?
Go to Sign In. Under the password field, click the link “Reset Your Password” and fill in your email address. We will send you an email with a link that will open your web browser and allow you to select a new password. Fill in the password fields and click Save.

How do I update the information in my account?
Go to My Account. You can update your address and contact information here.

What if I have questions about your products?
Please Contact Us if you have any questions about a specific product or products.

Do I need to log in to make a purchase?
No, you can log in as a “Guest” and make a purchase. However, we encourage you to create an account to save time on your next purchase by creating a Favorites list to easily reorder items.

Do you offer product customization?
Currently we do not offer customized products online. Please contact us directly for embroidery or custom orders. But, we do want to help you locate the items you are looking for. Please Contact Us to see how we can help.

PAYMENTS

OnTheGo Travel accepts a variety of payments including MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. OnTheGo Travel is not responsible for returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. In limited instances, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged once your order is submitted on otgtravel.com.

How is tax estimated for my order?
Tax is based on the state you live in.

How can I see my order status, history, invoices?
For Order History, go to My Account. Then go to Order History.

What if my product was damaged or I have a return?
Please login to your account and go to Returns to activate our prompt returns process.

Shipping
For all items available for shipping on otgtravel.com, we offer: FREE Shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii - flat rate applies) $8 flat rate shipping for orders under $50. Private Fleet and White Glove Service: Call for more information. Standard Shipping: Your package is expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. There is no weekend delivery. Items ship to the continental U.S. only. Items will not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico. Business days do not include weekends.

How can I cancel my order?

How long does my refund take?
Refunds typically take 15 days – depending on how quickly we receive the returned item.

How do I order offline?

How will I know that you have received my order?
After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation number. This confirmation number means you have an order placed with otgtravel.com. You will also receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your order. Please be sure that sales@otgtravel.com is not blocked by your e-mail.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
During Checkout, you will have the option to select an address other than your billing address.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Most of the time, yes. Depending on inventory, we may have to ship the item from a different location. Please make note of your packing slip in the package. The packing slip will provide order details, including quantity.

Do you ship overseas?
Currently we do not offer overseas shipping for orders placed on otgtravel.com.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be worthwhile. If you are not satisfied, we will work to correct any issues and improve your experience with us.

Cancellations can only be made when your orders are in ‘Order Received’ status, which is typically 60 minutes after purchase. You can see if your order is in ‘Order Received’ status by going to Order History if signed in, or Order Lookup if you are a Guest User. If your order is in any status other than ‘Order Received’, the order has been picked and will require you to return the product once delivered.

Please contact us at sales@otgtravel.com for assistance with incorrect orders, defective items, or items damaged in transit. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Items are returned within 30 days of purchase a valid proof of purchase is provided (see below). Items are returned in good condition – unused and unwashed. If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Before submitting any information to OnTheGo Travel, please read these terms carefully. These terms of use constitute an agreement between us, and by using otgtravel.com, you agree to these conditions. We offer a wide range of services, so additional terms may apply.

Orders
OnTheGo Travel reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer or to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You agree that your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, with or without notice, and agree that OTG Travel may bar any further access to its site. Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and OTG Travel reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). OTG Travel attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, content, or error-free. If the product offered by OTG Travel is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its unused condition.

Shipping
To keep your costs down and to make our pricing simple, we provide free shipping for orders over $50 within the continental United States. If you don’t meet that minimum threshold, we charge for shipping. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. Your total charges will be detailed in the shopping cart prior to checkout. We’ve made sure you receive the fastest, safe, and most reliable delivery service possible. Please note that deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs. The number of business days it takes for an order to be processed and prepared for shipment varies based on many different factors. Some items can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours, others may require a longer time. For small parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between one and six business days.

Privacy is important to OnTheGo Travel. We have established appropriate safeguards to protect the information that we collect from our users. We reserve the right to disclose any information we deem necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

If you register to use our service, we may collect your personal information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. We will not rent, sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your approval. However, we will use it to

OnTheGo Travel uses other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, serving ads, providing search results and links, and processing credit card payments. These third-party service providers will have access to your personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for any other purpose.

You can instruct OnTheGo Travel to stop sending you emails, flyers, or other information about our services. Just use the "unsubscribe" button provided in the email. If you would like to modify or delete your personal information or do not want us to use your personal information, please contact us with clear instructions about what you would like to modify or delete. We will respond to your request promptly.

We host OnTheGo Travel in the United States. If you visit our site from outside the United States, please note that your information may be stored and processed by this privacy policy and applicable U.S. laws.
